Steps for Downloading your IBM SPSS Software
- Select the appropriate download link for your operating system below
- Important Note for Windows Users: The files that you are downloading below may be compressed in a ZIP file. Once the file is downloaded onto your computer, open up the file location on your computer, right-click on the downloaded file, and choose ‘Extract All’. Follow the prompts and choose a location on your computer to save the files. Once the extraction is done, a folder will open up with the installer files. Scroll down and run Setup.exe (it is the first Setup file in the list) and proceed through the installer.

- Note: The SPSS Installer for your program is the same for both the trial version and the full license version. Following the completion of your order, you will have received a license code, which allows you to activate the complete set of features.*
*Should Studica require further information to verify your academic status, you will only be able to access the trial version. You will receive an authorization code for your full license once we are able to complete the academic authorization process.

How does billing work for the subscription license?
The SPSS Statistics subscription can be purchased as a monthly or annual subscription and is charged at the beginning of the billing period. As a first-time IBM Marketplace customer, you can pay with Visa, Mastercard or American Express. If you’re a returning customer, you can pay with a credit card, purchase order (PO) or invoice. You’ll be automatically billed on a periodic basis according to the terms of your subscription. If you pay by invoice, you'll get another invoice automatically.

How do I buy an add-on if I already have a base subscription?
Log in to your My IBM account and click the “Manage” button next to your SPSS Statistics listing. On the overview page, find the “Upgrade or change plan” section, click the “Make changes” button, and follow the instructions on the next page. If your base plan has been canceled you won’t be eligible to purchase add-ons.
What licensing options, other than the base subscription, are available?
